Good luck getting a response, but I wouldn’t count on it. I’ve emailed them a few times over the years and never got a response. They must still be in business, but customer support has been lacking. After all,  how long does it take to respond to an email? I moved to SCARM years ago, but have kept RR-Track updated and now only open it if someone posts a layout using it. Others use AnyRail.

And thank you for your service. Since I stayed 27 years, I’m sure you can guess I enjoyed the Air Force.

Agree with others, I had bought RR track software V5, and found it to be non intuitive and clunky, and the tutorials and such are lacking. I also had trouble installing it, there was some weirdness with the license key not working that someone else on here helped me fix, they had had the same problem...because basically RR track is unsupported. Not saying it isn't a powerful program, it is, lot of people use it, but it is in the realm of something you pay for and download and you are on your own.
