Do you have access from all sides of the layout? If not, what are you planning for access to the middle of the layout?
Have you considered an around the room layout? With the space you have, you could have a center peninsula.

Count me in also.
Unfortunately all other space is used up. I intend on having some removable or dropdown access openings to be determined as the build takes shape. I hope to provide some progress info as time goes on. Good things comes to those who wait. I hope !
