When Ross lists a curved turnout say 072 is that the diameter from the outside or center rail. In the planning stages of a layout expansion and hoping someone here has the answer,

Centerline center rail------> radius = 36" See attached PDF for a 072 track
the other PDF is a 072 turnout template.
If you use RR-Track or any other track laying software the sizes are built in.

No you are not. The "Pastel" information is very hard to read, not a fan. Ross needs a pdf like GarGraves has with all the pertinent information in one easy to find and read spot.
