I have an 7 inch elevated loop on my layout and will be using it for passenger service. I want to build an elevated platform out of wood and want to depict it in RR Track. Any hints on how to do this? I am using v 4.02.

Perhaps "Objects>Filled_Rectangle"
To add to Rail Reading's response, you can also elevate that platform off the deck by using the "Grade/Set Track Height" option on the filled rectangle object. You can also make that rectangle a 3D object by "extruding" it using "Action/Extrude" or setting a "Z" dimension under the object's properties. I created a full rendering of the Redlands Depot (The depot with the passenger shelter with the columns) using filled rectangles and circles extruded and set to various grade heights. It's capped with a plain building object that was extruded to a smaller height (1.5" as I recall.)
