Hi, I recently purchased a copy or RR Track software v5.3, and once loaded I get stuck in a catch 22 situation where the program asks me for the access code which I enter into the computer. I then press "done" as prompted and whereupon the program returns to the same enter access code dialog box. I have written to R&S Enterprizes, the purveyor of the software but after two attempts to reach them they fail to contact me.

I have just called information for a number for R&S Enterprizes in Jonestown, PA, and they gave me a number for a printing concern in the Pittsburgh area.

Does anyone know of a way to get in touch with R&S?

I see you have it figured out, glad you got things working. 

If you need to contact the RR-Track folks in the future, they will reply to your emails. It just takes them a couple of days sometimes, but you will get a reply. I have emailed them several times and always got a reply. They were able to solve the problems I was having as well.
