Smaller radius curved track for Lionel Fastrak

I think both Lionel and Menards have Fastrack to tubular transition pieces.

The transition pieces are for straight track, but you can ad-lib and connect tubular curves to Fastrack pretty easily.

Adding to what's already been mentioned, the Menards FT Transition Piece [279-3867] 10" straight sections can be easily cut down to any shorter length >= 1-1/8"  to connect tubular curves to FastTrack curves (and/or straights).

any suggestions?  Could I using a few pieces of Lionel tubular tracks or bend a piece of gargraves to fit ? Problem would be attaching the two different track types.

One O27 curve would limit (unless it is on a siding) what you run on your layout. Warrenville is O27 height track and, over the years, I made great effort to replace all O27 curves with O27 height O42, O54 and O72.

I wish I had started with these curves and saved myself a lot of re-doing effort and work.

Are you sure it needs to be that tight? What is the size of your layout and can you give us a track plan?

If you cut a piece of Fastrack (curves included), you'll see the rails are inverted metal 'U's on top of plastic ribs.  Drill out the ribs to accept track pins and join to your tubular.   I posted a pic on what the cut Fatrack piece looks like here.
