11) Early, crank-or-lever-operated signals and accessories (the more ingenious and quirky, the better!)

12) Bridges!  More Bridges!

I also like my 1973 MPC "Milwaukee Special" and FIVE add-on cars! The "Sound of Steam" and whistle still work - engine puffs smoke very well!
