Rumor is it is still under the control of Mike Wolf/MTH. But that is rumor. No one knows the truth except MW/MTH. If the tooling is gone, it's unlikely we'll see any standard gauge trains soon. If it's available, always possible someone will pay to have it used. Sorry not to be definitive, but things are obviously in flux, and no one is talking .
MTH still has stock on certain standard gauge parts, but not on others (like bild a loco motors). "Lifetime supply" on some (I'll have to find out which ones).
I'll continue to build new Daylights, Challengers, Hudsons, GG1's, McKeen cars, Zephyr sets, streamlined passenger cars and soon, F7 diesels and PRR T1 as long as I have parts and my local suppliers.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
