Still looking for help to build my layout

I have done a bunch of layouts on the forum, you can see my most recent layout at this thread: NorthWest Minnesota RR.  If you are looking for someone to build a layout in software, I can do that (as opposed to help in actually physically constructing your layout).

Ken, looking for someone to physically help build the layout with my help. I checked my profile and my email address is there.

I’m not in a position to pay the professional layout builders to build a layout for me. What I’m looking for is someone who would like to help me build and detail my layout and would like to be well compensated for helping me. I’m not asking anyone to do it for nothing.

I would think someone would like to pick up some extra cash for just sharing their experience and abilities.

Im only planning a 5’5 X 10 foot layout. I have all the bench work, track etc.  So I would just need to purchase the landscaping materials and some other items. I want to base the layout on the one at the hobby shop in FL and will use RR Track to design it.

I don't mean to rain on your parade but I too would like suggestions on my current project. Contact me via my email and I we can talk about what you are requesting. 

Ken could you please go to my Layout progress thread and take a look at my CAD design. I'm not 100% happy with it and was hoping you could chime in. I was actually considering a shelf design for the upper level and the lower level would be closed grid. Very interested in seeing what you could come up with for this extension of my current layout.
