Has anyone tried to Contact Russ Becker at R&S Enterprises recently? I sent an email of to their support with my layout diagram and pictures showing the resultant track layout and the email was returned stating that the mailbox was full and my email could not be delivered. I also attempted to use their canned message transmittal from their Website but could not include pictures. I only bring this fact up because the format they provide is way out of date as they ask for your operating system but provide no option for Windows 10. Further they ask for the version of the RR-Track program you are using. The form only provides options for up to version 4.1. They are currently providing version 5.3. This is really quite bizarre.
