Can this O scale switch stand work with RCS switches and DZ2500 motors?

From what I’ve read. The movement of the throwbar rotates the lantern from red to green. There are 2 holes provided in it. I would say yes. The switch motor changes the turnout not the Tomar switchstand. It’s just kind of along for the ride as the switch is thrown. . Ross also markets one. It maybe the same one. They don’t offer a picture.
