I have a 35 x 10 layout with minimal options for expansion. With 3 main lines consisting of 080, 072, and 045 radius track the space is mostly used up. I would like to squeeze a yard into south side of the yard to provide a few options for running different train without removing them from the track.

I am getting ready to buy all the track and switches so that I can layout the design on the floor while I continue to build benchwork.

I was hoping to set a little advice on how to squeeze in a yard or passing yard and still keep the radius of the switches wide enough for my long engines.

This might be a pipe dream but wanted to check before spending $$$ on Ross switches.  Already have about 75% of Gargraves 101 sectional track (all static no flex).

If you have any thoughts please let me know. Best regards!
