The Train Collectors Association (TCA) will hold its 67th National Convention at the Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport Hotel August 18 – 22, 2021. You may have heard or read that the 2021 convention was cancelled, but it is very much on!

The public is invited to a free Toy Train Expo Friday August 20 from 8 AM – 5 PM, and Saturday August 21 from 8 AM – 2 PM. The hotel is located at 2500 North Hollywood Way, Burbank. Friday’s free events include operating toy train layouts, and seminars on railroading and the model railroad hobby. A special feature will be a display of unique toy and model trains created by West Coast manufacturers. On Saturday, the layouts will again be running and the public is invited to visit the Marketplace where vendors will be offering toy trains and related items for sale. Admission to the Marketplace is $20.00 for adults, children 12 and under are free (children must be accompanied by an adult). Non-members may purchase a six-month trial TCA membership and register for all the convention activities including two full days of the Marketplace.
