Bill. How have you been?
I believe, and don't quote me, he got sick or passed away.
Thor passed away 2 years ago. Here is a prior OGR discussion.

Hi Don. doing well not getting out much at all but staying safe. Working from home since March.
I know the site hadn't changed in years but I guess the license ran out.
Tom Sheil aka Thor passed away about 2 years ago or more. He was a member of our train club for a number of years. Since he did not drive(I never asked him why), I used to give him a ride home anytime we were both at the club.
Good guy, always broke my chops about TMCC as he ran conventional trains. Loved to run Williams and Marx at hyper speeds. We were always waiting for his trains to go airborne on some of very wide curves!
I've lost touch with his wife, Audrey, over the past year and can imagine his website is gone.
That is a real shame because he had some really innovative track plans on there, especially for smaller layouts i.e. 4 x 6 and "door" layouts.
I still referenced that page several times a year. I'm sad to see it go. I wonder how much it cost a year to maintain and if it would be possible to resurrect.

If someone can get the files... I *may* be able to do it.

Heck I used to enjoy going there because it was a fun site, even w/o the track plans.
Sad - when I first got back into O gauge 10 years ago his was my go to site - my current layout grew out of one of his track plans
The website was actually still working just a month or two ago. I guess that it recently was taken down.
