Trainz HO or O gauge track roadbed

Building and adding to existing layout. Has anybody used Trainz HO roadbed ? in "cracker jacks looking box" ? Part no. 320501. Looks ok, reasonably priced, possibly a little thinner than I have used before, but seems to be fine. My layout is a simple , non-detailed, out of scale layout, but fun >
