My first venture into running O-gauge began a year ago ... original O-gauge track layout was done at that time.  I arranged the Gargraves O-gauge track around an existing S-gauge layout that I had built couple years before.  After running the O-gauge locos/rolling stock for the past year, I explored replacing O-42 Gargraves curves and O-42 Ross switches with O-54 Gargraves curves and O-72 Ross switches to facilitate larger inventory and smoother running of existing inventory ... without impact to my S-gauge layout or without change to my 14x10 ft train table.

My upgrade process and results are documented in the attached pdf.

Regards,

Tom
