I am planning a wall mounted run in our family room(26'x28'). So far, I am planning to use Gargraves track with O72 curves...
The shelf will be ¾" plywood and 1x6 boards for the long runs...
Currently I have several SD70 locomotives and 2 small steam locomotives and some Railking and Premier freight cars...
With these lumber components, I think my center rail will be 4" away from the wall coming out of the curves...
Is this sufficient for some of the larger locomotives/cars that some of you guys are running?
