Wanted, Dorfan Std Gauge Idler Gear | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I'm getting close to getting my first operational Dorfan 3920 Std Gauge Loco running. Motor works. Drivers are good. I have a good compound gear and one good idler gear. Need one more good idler. Anyone have one in the junk box?

Sorry Steve, I looked in my Dorfan box and it has everything but.

Harry, It's a 31 tooth fiber gear, approx 15/16 dia. Olson's carried them at one time, but Sharon said they have no more. She's pretty sure Ken Ott made them.

I think the Lionel Jr. plastic gears are 28 or 29 tooth.

Just got an email back from George Tebolt and he still has a few. Check going out this am for this and a few others he has.
