This will not be a Santhion quality replica. There is a lot of intricacy in the station. I'm still trying to figure out how to cut all the tin windows with curved tops. I have no idea how Marklin did this over one hundred years ago. There was no laser cutting then.

It's possible the original windows were done with punch-press dies for a production run. For a one-off you could cut out the correct shape hole and solder in window-frame component strips after. Maybe the more intricate railings could be done as etched brass sheet.
