I tried to order big with an order that would last a year or so only to get knocked down to a few couplers per type.
My bigger concern is the "Everything must go". That could imply a lot of things.
Does anyone have any insight?

KadeeTrains appears to be an internet train store.
Whether or not they have a relationship with Kadee couplers, who knows. They may be trying to capitalize on the Kadee brand. They don't appear to have a physical address.

Definitely NOT the Kadee Couplers company site. Site looks a bit flaky (no physical or mailing address), but the domain is registered in the United States.
By the way, there is a site called http://www.kadeecouplers.com that sells Kadee couplers and offers volume discounts. I've bought from them and they're very reliable.

I just got another order of KD filled by P&D hobby.
It came very fast and I like their prices. They sell the older O scale 800s in ten packs and I got the new 700s from them too. If anyone needs a supplier, try them.

Me too!!! I got my Microscale decals fast and safe......good folks that stock O scale deep!
I have to agree, P&D has been a solid supplier of O-gauge stuff for years. Can't leave the store without putting a serious dent in my wallet! Of course , the 250 mile one way drive is a bit of a put-off...
