I don't think you need to break up the table - all you're going to be doing is raising the height of the track in the area where you put the bridge in END PHOTO 2(see photo).

a)  Long 30" straight pieces may not work well over a graduated incline so you may need to substitute three 10" pieces for each 30" piece, and

b) by raising the height of the track you will be increasing the overall length and may need to add some small fitment pieces, but you should be able to stay w/in your existing plan.
