off the o36 is a ramp and the inside loop is elevated

take your center loop, take out two of the 10" straights, put in switches and have a bridge across the middle of layout connecting
the two side of the center loop.
Assuming you use graduated trestles or ramps, right in the middle of the two 30" straights - although you may have to use smaller pieces to make it fit.
Actually I am not afraid of breaking up the table and making it longer on the edges.
I don't think you need to break up the table - all you're going to be doing is raising the height of the track in the area where you put the bridge in (see photo).
a) Long 30" straight pieces may not work well over a graduated incline so you may need to substitute three 10" pieces for each 30" piece, and
b) by raising the height of the track you will be increasing the overall length and may need to add some small fitment pieces, but you should be able to stay w/in your existing plan.
