For the next two weeks we will be traveling through VA, NC, GA, AL, MS, TN, MO, (May 13-May 31) I would love to see O Scale Layouts. I am a member of the Military Society of Model Railroad Engineers in Anchorage Alaska. We have been hosted by Elmendorf AFB for 32 years and have beautiful HO, O, N, and Z (and soon G) layouts, but I am an O scale modeler, and our O scale layout is not as large as our HO & N layouts, and I would like to see more O Scale layouts while I am traveling in the SouthEast to learn more ideas for how great O scale is done. If you know of O scale layouts in these states where folks would not mind a "visit" would you let me know how I might connect with them. David Dahms, Palmer, AK

If in Maryland you can drop by. I am near DC
Mississippi coast model railroad museum in gulfport Mississippi. Great little museum with a large o gauge layout plus an outdoor ride on train for kids of all ages. We saw it Thanksgiving weekend 2019 and all 6 adults (even the 30 somethings) had a good time.
Thank you for each of you. We won’t be going as far south in Mississippi, we’re just in Tupelo and then heading north. But I’ll keep it in mind for another year.
Mr. muffins in Atlanta is a great idea!
Francis, would love to take up your offer some time to visit you in Maryland. We ware heading south from Virginia toward Atlanta
email me and I can tell you about the layout
If you go through Roanoke I can arrange for you to see the Standard Gauge/O-Gauge Tinplate layout at the club. We have an On30 layout as well. Just let me know.
Scott Smith
Mr. Muffins is in Atlanta, Indiana not Georgia.
If you are near Nashville, Tennessee there’s a lot to see. I will be away from home from May18 back May 23, and could arrange a tour. Possibly Dr. Fishers in Nashville, my own layout in Clarksville, and a long stretch Farmerjohns layout near Owensboro Ky. My email is in my profile. You are surely welcome…. Happy Railroading Everyone
