I won't go into the full timeline of the company's history because that would probably take most of the morning to document fully and accurately. Others here have pretty well hit the high points.
Neil Young's involvement pre dates Wellsprings. He and Kughn were the principals of LionTech, a separate unit that developed TMCC and RailSounds.
