I'm getting ready to start building different configurations for fun.  I have 3 tables that are 5 x 9, so I can put them in any configuration to make a layout work.  I'm considering this for now.  I only have one train and have collected tons of track in anticipation of project.  I have hopes to add the third part some time in the late winter or spring.  I'm looking at something that I can watch on a continuous loop.  I don't want to be busy hitting switches yet.

That's an interesting track plan.  As Rockstars said, your train length will be limited.  If you could lengthen the two half circles a bit it would help.  Also, the "S" curves at the bottom of the plan are going to be troublesome.

So by eliminating the "S" curves you can lengthen the two half circles.
