After 5+ years a close friend now has the complete set in 3 rail; engine, 4 car passenger set, 3 car passenger set. Beautiful!

I’d very grateful for receiving any answers to these questions about the 3rdRail Mercury Production History for this set;

3rdRail NYC Mercury engine; Year produced, production numbers (3 rail and 2 rail). I believe this is the only steam engine 3rdRail produced in diecast?

3rdRail NYC Mercury 4 car passenger set; Year produced, production numbers (3 rail and 2 rail).
