I predict that Dave will be a great success here on OGR forum because he can do what we in O scale/gauge need--decals of every kind: current RR's, Fallen Flags, Short Lines, custom, and etc.

I posted this in another thread, but on Sunday, March 8th, I emailed Dave photos and dimensional data for Northern Pacific North Coast Limited  passenger car decals, and he called me to talk about what I needed; the process he uses; other items available; and, etc.  Terrific first impression IHO.

My order took 8 days from initial email to Dave/LBR to having the decals in my hand!  In between, we exchanged emails/phone calls reviewing 3 proofs before the "final" was approved.  Dave printed the three sets I ordered in a way that I have enough decals to do 4.5 NP NCL passenger cars, or, more likely, spares if I screw-up one or more.

Also, highly recommend for custom/no longer available O scale decals.
