Yes, they did. I can't post the picture, but in Robert C. Del Grosso's book titled "Burlington Northern Railroad Cabooses 1970-1995", on page 91, there is a picture of the caboose.

 

The caption says "One-of-a-kind paint scheme FW&D 154 features the colors appearing on SD70MAC 9647 ...." The picture is from October 1997. Next to the picture of the caboose is a picture of the matching engine.

That color, which all Burlington Northern SD70MACs were painted (these engines pulled most BN coal drags in the 80's-90s, and were some of the first engines to utilize AC power, thanks to some new German inverter technology that became available at the time), was commonly called "Grinstein Green," reputedly for Rosalie Grinstein, the wife of the then-CEO of BN, Gerald Grinstein. It was widely reported that she liked these colors and her husband obliged her by having the new SD70MACs painted in this livery. I happened to be in Fort Worth (headquarters of BN, and now BNSF) and was present when they had the initial ceremony and unveiling of these new SD70MACs. It was a big deal at the time bringing in the new AC technology.

 

Grinstein, incidently, originally headed up Western Airlines, then went to BN, and after leaving BN went to head up Delta Airlines. I spoke with him briefly at a meeting years ago in Dallas, when he was still with BN, and asked him which was more difficult, running a railroad or an airline. He said running a railroad was more difficult.
