I was wondering if anybody had any input about a Lionel Presidential SD70ACe with sound issues? It’s equipped with Bluetooth and Legacy. All sounds bell, horn, crew talk work perfect with the universal remote. The volume adjustment works as well with the universal remote. But when you run in the legacy mode, everything works but you can hardly hear it. The funny thing is the aux 3 button plays the presidential song and it’s loud and clear with the volume pot switch all the way up. If you turn the pot switch down, the volume of the song turns down. I’ve tried resetting the locomotive. Disconnected the Bluetooth board either thing has helped. Obviously legacy and Bluetooth commands are different inputs to the sound card. But the whole aux 3 thing has me baffled. I didn’t know if it would be the motherboard or the sound board that has the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
