BERKSHIRE VIDEOS ARE BACK!

Hello everyone,

I would like to extend my thanks to Rich and Joseph for their help in bringing Berkshire Productions back for fans old and new alike to see Grant Geist's work again. I will be posting promos and clips here to keep from overcrowding the forum.

First up is arguably the most recognized program, "Huntington '91." The official program for the 1991 NRHS Convention, featuring footage from all major convention events. This includes the days of Nickel Plate Road 765 and Pere Marquette 1225 doubleheaded and running side-by-side on the New River Line to and from Huntington, WV, plus Norfolk & Western 1218 running on home rail out of Kenova, WV.

This fascinating video is about the oldest narrow gauge railroad in the United States, the East Broad Top Railroad. The EBT operates a small fleet of Baldwin-built Mikados hauling passengers through the fertile Aughwick Valley, between Rockhill Furnace and Colgate Grove, Pennsylvania.

You’ll learn a little history of the line, and see the “truck swap” from standard to narrow gauge trucks at Mount Union. You'll see the tourist operation from start to finish, with plenty of line-side runbys and action-packed pacing. And for you trolley fans, we’ll take you to the Shade Gap Railway, where you’ll see standard gauge trolleys and interurbans sharing dual gauge track with the East Broad Top trains. This fascinating video is one you are sure to enjoy.

Digitally re-mastered, this video brings you 52 minutes of unique and historic steam action with the little engines that could!

It's no secret that TM Books & Videos used Berkshire Productions' videos for its I Love Toy Trains video series, and I have been curious to find those sources since 2010/2011. Here's an example.
