Real king streamline, passenger, set LED Christmas lights, not working

Hey guys, just received the Rail King 4 car streamline passenger set with LED lights Christmas cars on one of the cars on one side the red lights don’t work. Any thoughts I checked for a broken wire, but could not find one. on these passenger cars Christmas lights if one goes to the all go on these LED lights it’s just the red lights I have a picture. I hope you can see it from the picture. Thank you Brian.
