I asked about the cars on today's Trainworld livestream with the Lionel production team. Ryan from Lionel stated they would be posting an update in a day or two.

The Cardinals Train was produced with coaches lettered Pullman rather than using the nice Pullman tooling Lionel has. Did they offer to redo those cars?
