Stupid question, but in neither SCARM (free version) or Railmodeller I can't find the standard gauge 45 degree crossing. Where it it/what is it under? For that matter I can't find the 45 degree crossing in SCARM either. Also, I know there are tinplate accessories in at least one of the two; which one? (Or at least the signal bridge below, anyway.) (Or is it the paid version of SCARM?)

Also, which software is this:

Here’s a link to the original thread this came from:

As Jan said, the software is RR-Track and the track is Lionel O, there’s even a movie in the thread. In SCARM, the 45° crossing is at the bottom of the Lionel O library, #5545. If you try to recreate it in software, note that the design includes cut tracks. RR-Track doesn’t have a free trial version, so I suggest using SCARM. I don’t have RailModeler Pro, so I can’t help there.

However, you mentioned “standard” gauge, did you really mean that? SCARM has libraries for Standard Gauge (1:26.6) as well as “S” Gauge (1:64). The S Gauge library includes tracks for American Flyer (discontinued), American Models, FasTracks, GarGraves, Lionel and MTH. The only ones that have a 45° crossing are FasTracks (templates) and Lionel FT (American FastTracks). TrainZ sells some tracks, but I don’t know if that’s what you really mean.

Jan, based on the photos posted by Dr Folb on 5-18-2015 that include part numbers, it's definitely Standard Gauge, 1:26.6. In SCARM, that's the MTH-Std-L library and CS is right, there is no 45° crossover in the library. I don't have Standard Gauge libraries for RR-Track, but I assume it might be the same. TrainZ doesn't list a 45° crossing, just the 90°, so I'm at a loss. Sorry I missed the reference to Standard Gauge earlier.
