Well folks this is the finished work of about 75 hours. Our 2015 Christmas trains...I will just swap out trains every 3 days so I can run them all this year..I have the full set with all the extra cars of Rio Grand Ski Train that I have never taken one out of the box. I may this year. I have enough track to put all the cars and engines on and run them..

Looks great. How high off the floor is your layout? Looks like about a foot.
I am still on the carpet but, thinking about raising it next year.

8".. The legs I got at Lowe's. They are oak furniture legs. Annie made the skirt that covers it all. 8" is just tall enough to hide all the transformers etc..
