Hi All,
I am looking for a simple to run diesel with forward/neutral/reverse, a horn and a price to match. The RMT beep and bang seem to fit the bill. The reviews I've seen have been very positive but I've read that some folks have had compatibility issues with transformers. Has anyone had an issue running these trains with an MTH Z controller?

I have 3 Beeps, no transformer issues but I run them through the MTH DCS system. No horns in my 3 Beeps that are a few years old, maybe the newer ones have horns, never heard that they do.
BEEPS run well and solid performer.
Many of our TTOS club members have run them for hours at shows for many years.

I have a couple of BEEPs and a BANG that have been converted to TMCC with sound. I added as much weight as I could fit in to make them better pullers, and I also swapped out the traction tire for a non-traction tire so I had better outside rail contact.
Beeps are fun. They pull well, are quieter than most engines and very durable. You won't be disappointed. You can link them together, too, with the included wiring. I have 3.
