CSX Heritage Units

I thought there was a post about this but could not find it, I see that 3 CSX units are getting the SCL, L&N, and C&O sticker logos done. The question I have is, are the going to be painted into these schemes or are they just going to stay sticker logo's?

Thanks. I've also read it's just decals. CSX is commemorating various CSX predecessor railroads. That's why for the stickers. Not heritage units, yet....
