Love that Lackawanna Station. Wish I could hobble up to Patterson and see them all and enjoy Vinnie's cooking--too late, to lame, too far!

5:50 A.M. from Morris Plains to Hoboken and return daily during the 1970s on the old Lackawanna Electrics with rattan covered seats and cigarette smoke so thick in the cars it was hard to read the Star-Ledger. Oh for the good old days and N.J. taxes.

Hey Ben , Thanks so much for the PR ! , After what 6-7 yrs of stuff , it is a great experience . There are a few others there , I will be at Trainstock 5 this year , I am bringing The Genco Olive Oil Company , and for any of the folks attending , I will be bringing a "Union Station " , same as the Lackawanna basically but with a terrace around it .Just in case someone might want one. Looking forward to seeing the layout after seeing it in the beginning , as well as all the forum and club members.

Bernie
