We were surprised by Delrin appearing on the market for $30/1kg spool. It only comes in black or white, but since we’re looking to print bushings and gears, that’s no big deal. It needs good ventilation and 220-degree print temp. So happens our XMaker has an enclosed cabinet and air recirculating, which should also help keep it warm. We sent for some and will let everyone know how it does.

I had no idea Delrin was 3D printable! The price point isn't too bad at all if it means being able to print gears/bushings and whatnot. I'll have to get a spool and experiment.

@BKobernus I would imagine you would still see some shrink. I primarily print PLA and don't deal with the shrink much (it's not noticeable anyway). Shrink definitely makes for a more difficult print.
