I must be missing something. I'm trying to download a sound file for 20-2985-1 but the icons do nothing. Right or left click does nothing. Maybe there isn't a sound file because they are greyed out I would think that there would be a file. I've used IE, Chrome, Firefox.
Any suggestions?

If they're grayed out, there is no sound file linked for that engine.
That makes sense. Then how do you repair what appears to be a corrupted sound file on the engine?

You contact MTH and they will get you a replacement sound file.
ID you use the service link, followed by sound file link. There are more files on that web then the main web. G
