I received a Woodland Scenics hotwire foam cutter for Christmas from my son. Unfortunately, as can happen with electronic devices, it failed after 10 minutes of use.
I e-mailed Woodland Scenics customer service and received a reply within one day that it would be resolved quickly. Then the fire occurred at Woodland Scenics and I wondered if my e-mails had been lost. Not to worry! The replacement arrived today by Priority Mail.
I really appreciate the excellent service and the very professional manner in which my problem was taken care of and wanted to share my positive experience with fellow forumites. I already have purchased and used many Woodland Scenics products on my layout (ballast, foliage, etc.) and will definitely look to use more of their products in the future.
