Dear Friends,

Just a quick update on the detail parts project – I was able to double my printing resolution and the results are stunning. I liked the old parts but now I'm totally blown away. The layering hight is now 0,025mm or 25 microns. I was able to print this with my off the shelf Elegoo Saturn and standard resin. In my 3D design work I am taking care to make the parts as detailed as possible and this strategy now pays off. Take the first picture, the CRECO Co. boxcar door latch and starter mechanism. That's a complex part and I've drawn a filet around certain edges. With the new printer settings these translate into really good parts. I'm so happy!

I keep adding files to the download section of my website, if you want to print these, feel free to use my files.
