Great Train Expo in St. Charles, MO

We are planning on going to the St. Charles Great Train Expo and also seeing Alex's (Ingeniero No1) layout and hopefully some other layouts in the St. Louis area on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 4th & 5th.

We have contacted the Embassy Suites and have a special room rate for Saturday night, February 4th.

They can discount the king bed rooms from $129 per night to $99 per night. Just ask for the block of rooms listed under the name of Mid America 3-Railers.

Gentlemen,
If you are interested you could pay a visit to the Lionel Railroad Club of St. Louis. We have a Pre-war layout and a 15 X 30 foot post-war layout running seven trains. By the time of the show we hope to have our Flyer layout up and running. We are normally open Friday and Monday from 6PM to 7:30 PM and are located in the extream south east corner of St. Louis City near the River City Casino.

We have not been confirmed as yet but expect to have our portable layout setup at the show so look for us.

If you are intrested in a special time to visit during the weekend this can be arranged. Contact me at the email address listed in my profile.

The club address is 200 West Tesson St. next to the UP tracks.
