Sorry, but to get an answer, you will have to be more specific. Not sure what you mean by "official guide?" Also, most of what you seem to be looking for has been previously discussed here numerous times. Just search this forum for the topic you choose.

This is posted in the "Forum Suggestion Box". I don't think he's looking for an answer. He's suggesting that there be some permanent how-to threads somewhere (usually called "sticky" threads on other forums).

You mean such information is NOT provided on either the Lionel Legacy & TMCC forum, nor the MTH DCS Forum?????
