This is a test.  The video below is the proper format and, according to the forum when I post, loads properly.  It  displays, for me, when I first post it.  Then it seems to delete itself, or, I suspect, just make itself invisible (there is still a gap or space in the posting, where it was).  Bizarre.  I'm just playing with trying to post this again.  I posted it twice this morning on the new LC+ forum and it disappeared within ten minutes.

Do people see this video.  It is a 45.3 mbyte .avi file

EDIT: Wow, if I close the thread and reopen, it is gone.  I have no idea, but I can't post videos anymore, I guess.  Strange.

I have tried in this edit = I reloaded it and will not place it in the post but leave it as an attachment and see if it disappears now.

"Insert into post body" is your friend. That is what places the video within your post instead of just an attachment. If you don't click that, the video will only appear as an attachment. If you click on the attachment, the video will play, but it takes extra steps to make it full screen.

One more thing...avi files are not the best type to post. Someone looking at this in a tablet will not be able to play it. When you make videos, use the H.264 codec in the mp4 file format and you'll get better quality, smaller files sizes and cross-compatibility between platforms.

Oh I know that rich.  avi files are what I have though, and I always do the insert.  But this morning, it would not work and the files disappeared  The site was acting weird - slow, delays and freezes - for me, too.  The videos would delet themselves.

But about 40 minutes ago, Robbie the Robot told me you were enhancing your bionics.  Now all is good, so . . .
