Does anyone know where I might find this? I want a traditional one; not a modern wind turbine type.

Are you looking for operating or decorative. Ertl Farm series had a non operating windmill at that was 1:64 scale.
Joe, I'm looking for a non-operating one. Just want it for a background item to place behind a country home.

There is an ERTL Farm Country Cow Town set with windmill, small building and OK Corral for sale on Ebay for $9.99.

Bill, I got a real nice windmill in a mixed lot of stuff i bought on ebay. It's metal, it spins, it's about 8.5" high. It was made by town square miniatures, but i think it is now made by somebody called 'aztec'. Anyway, i found one on amazon. The Plasticville one is nicely detailed, not too large, and looks great when painted.
Thanks for the replies. The pickings appear slim on this item. Would there be more to choose from if I wanted an operating one? I could not find any on Ebay regarding operating windmills, but there are plenty of stationary types in "O" scale. Problem is I need "S" scale.
