Well, it was fun while it lasted. If anyone knows anyone that wants to help save a Model & Toy Railroad Museum by buying a beautiful historically significant building (the "Chimneys" building we have to leave is For Sale and on the National Historic Register), feel free to let me know.

May I respectfully suggest someone within your organization, if they already have not done so, contact Steve Hartman at CBS News (https://www.facebook.com/SteveHartman) and "Making a Difference" at NBC News (http://www.nbcnews.com/pages/y...-making-a-difference) to boost publicity for your FundAnything campaign.  I bet a lot of railfans, and maybe a deep-pocketed tycoon like Warren Buffett, would be willing to help if they were aware, not so much of the museum as of the dedicated volunteers.

What, me worry?

It's interesting that you mention Warren Buffet. Our Board actually did write to Mr. Buffet soon after his major investment in BNSF soliciting his sponsorship. We even sent him one of our custom Museum boxcars.  He actually did reply, with a hand-written letter, explaining that all of his philanthropic efforts were now handled by the three foundations he established (we checked and the Museum did not appear to meet the requirements of any of his foundations).  He did keep the boxcar, however.
