If any of you have ever been to the NJ HiRailers for Trainstock or an open house you saw that our kitchen was open air.  We decided to build out the room with everything a commercial kitchen should have including fire suppression, ventilation, stainless backdrops etc etc.   Well its nearing completion and we added a few interesting train items to the mix  Somebody said it looked a little like a subway car when we were building it so we helped it along a little

We even added a motormans master controller

Then we topped the whole thing off with a Santa Fe Mikado steam engine bell that we acquired from our good friend Captain John  ( John feel better  Once those knees are healed I want to race you around the block )  This thing weighs a ton and was a little difficult to get up to the top.

Alex

Every time I ring the bell she comes out and says If you're gonna have a party, I get time-and-a-half over and the next day off. And, uh, if you're planning on having any late snacks, I don't do no cleaning up the next morning. And you look like you have plenty of late snacks.

No Prototype  Just a general design   The subway doors are off an R32 car.  The number is off of an R40 Slant subway car, The roll sign is from an R9 subway car, Not sure of the master controller  It might be from a Lo-V or a trolley  The bell is from a Santa Fe Mikado.  The color of the wall is the same as a BMT Standard
