One of my former clients is moving and has to find a new home for his layout.  He approached me at the Strasburg show and was looking for assistance.

The original layout is a 3 to 4 feet wide shelf  layout about 30 years old.

I built the 13' X 29' peninsula add on in 2010.  The over all room  size is 25' X 40'.

Location is South Jersey on the second floor.

If you clear out the entire room,  all the benchwork and track is yours no charge.

Dumpsters are available for any debris.

The loop is comprised of four 8' straight modules, one X module and four curved modules.  The loop could be  turned into two 90 degree corners with the four 8' modules to connect as desired.

The modules and legs are bolted together.  The decking is 1/2" Homasote over 3/4" plywood.  All legs have adjustable feet on coasters.

Plus there is aprox. 120 linear feet of conventional benchwork around the wall.

There is an abundance of track and switches on the main around the wall platform.

On my last visit I did not see any ballast applied.
