Anyone move a Conventional Classics 646 to TMCC? If not, suggestions to do it please.

Since it's an AC motor, you'd be looking at the ERR AC Commander and for sound the ERR RailSounds Commander. You'll have to come up with a tether with more wires, I normally use the MTH 10 pin tethers for upgrades.
It's not totally clear to me that this is a cost effective upgrade. By the time you assemble all the pieces and do this conversion, you could probably find a nice can motored unit with TMCC and sound already installed for less money. Just sell that one to recover some of the costs.
I don't think Lionel made a PWC 646/2046/2056 with TMCC, or did hey and I have missed it?
I think he wants to convert it to TMCC, that's the point of the post. 
Yes, I want a 646/2046/2056 style engine with TMCC. I have the 736, Lionel made the 746 and 773 in the PWC series but I don't think they made the 646/2046/2056 style.
It'll cost a about $150-175 to gather up the necessary parts, other than that it should be possible to do the conversion.
You need the ERR AC Commander, the ERR RailSounds Commander, and a tether to go between the locomotive and the tender. There will be some surgery necessary to properly install a tether, then there's the puffer smoke unit. If you want fan driven smoke, you will have more expense.
