Has anyone designed a fastrack reversing loop using a 048 switch?
could you show the pieces like the track plan below?
I have one reverse loop with a 036 switch but the fastrack that is used doesn't line up with an 048 left turnout.

I would think you would have to use the same switch as the curves you plan to use in the reversing loop. Not 100% sure because its someone I just began to look at myself.

You bet. All four O-48 switches.

Sean, all pieces are regular old, off-the-shelf, FasTrack.
Thanks very much!
FYI- The pieces on the middle of the O36 curves are 1 3/4" (6-12026). I built this as a newb last year when I first got started in O so there's no way I was going to be customizing pieces. I still haven't!

Thanks - I picked up the 048 remote very cheap and I wanted to make sure that it would work. Plus the closest hobby shop is an hour away so I like to know what I will need to complete the loop.
I would suggest downloading "AnyRail" to your PC or laptop. The trial version let's you build track plans up to 50 pieces I believe. You can test out your ideas before you put down money for more FasTrack.

Thanks very much - I will download it!
