I’m repairing a Lionel prewar 79 flashing signal. The original flasher unit was damaged beyond repair. I purchased a MTH electrical flasher PCB unit. Question I have…the PCB had two red leafs and one blue lead. I believe (not sure) the two red leads would go to each bulb at top of unit. The blue lead ( not sure) I would go to ground.? Any help appreciated!

Thanks for posting your solution and the part number. Dad has an early MTH signal that was bought "new" from a local hobby store 20 + years ago, now out of business. A few years ago, went to power it up and found everything lights and nothing blinks. Turned out it appears they had used it in store, tried to fix and repackaged. Large glob of solder melted all over the board. We have been trying to find the part number, even asked MTH Andy at Trainfest 2 years in a row. The second year insisted he would get back to me. I have never been able to find a part number or schematic. It appears to be available from Mike Reagan at MTH parts for $20 plus shipping.
